A Nightmare Stay, Avoid at All Costs

We had an incredibly distressing experience. Upon checking in, we encountered unkempt rooms filled with dirt and pests. Staff offered no help, and we felt unsafe throughout our stay.

The hotel was a decent place with clean rooms and friendly staff, conveniently located near the subway for easy access to Manhattan. However, the area felt a bit sketchy, and unexpected noise from the street could disrupt sleep. A few more amenities would enhance the experience.

I had a nice stay! The room was spacious with a fridge and microwave, which was convenient. Breakfast was good, offering cereals and fruit to start the day. I would definitely come back!

We loved our stay because the hotel welcomes dogs, and it was super convenient to have access to Yankee Stadium nearby. The spacious two queen beds room accommodated our family perfectly, and my kids enjoyed the in-room cable programming on TV while we relaxed.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could really improve by adding a small play area for kids, as they felt a bit restless during our stay.

This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and continental breakfast. I remember my first stay when the staff kindly helped me with a phone charger. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay. I'll be back for Easter.

Checked in late, around 2:30 AM, and the experience was really disappointing. The room was a disaster. It was dirty, mold around the sink, and not a single phone in there. The toilet didn’t work, and I spotted roaches in the closet, which was really unsettling. The microwave looked outdated and filthy. The fridge had some bizarre stuff in it, including a box of ear pods. When I arrived, the window was wide open and it was freezing inside. I had to go hunting for staff just to connect the 12 inch TV, which should’ve been done already. I didn’t get any sleep because of the roaches crawling around. The walls looked like someone had extinguished cigarettes on them. Honestly, I didn't find anything enjoyable about West Farms Hotel. Just a whole letdown.
